Thank you, Frisco.  You have been such a help to me in all your posts.  I have spent a lot of time in France - usually making me feel like I became the fattest woman in the entire country for the duration of each of my visits.  I want to go back and just look, I don't know, maybe German?  Anything but a big fat American.  I know obesity is a first-world problem everywhere, but I'm not sure Americans realize how fat we really are until we go somewhere where most people are so much thinner. 

Better quality of life - that's it in a nutshell, and so much more.  Thank you.
