Hi Louisamay,

If 5' 6" and 3/4 is close enough I will answer:)  We started about the same weight.  My goal was 150 and I am 155 right now.

Its amazing to see all the different sizes!  I am a medium in tops and a 10 in bottoms.  My fat was evenly distributed from my neck down.  So its been interesting to see the change.

Even at 140 I was an 8 before, now my hip bones are protruding so I know I won't go below the 8, wide hips I guess.

As I said upstream somewhere, sizes have gotten larger since I was wearing the smaller sizes.  I think it was the early 1990s--twenty years ago--when I wore a size 10 at 146 pounds.  (I remember because that's when I became a lifetime member of WW, and I bought a black jumpsuit because I thought it looked nice, and accidentally discovered it looked SEXY. Nice!)

Oh and I'm 1 lb from normal range so it will be interesting what my body does with the next 5 lbs!

Your doing great still!

I'm just barely in overweight range.  Getting to normal seems a long way off.  Congrats!

Hey, I'm 5'7 also. I went from 290 to 180. I was wearing a 18-20 but now i am in a solid size 8-10. I have noticed that different makers have different sizes so I really dont get caught up on the size thing anymore. Whatever fit is what I buy, as someone before me stated don't buy too much because you will not be in it that long.

With all the variations, it's clear that any attempt to bargain shop for my goal weight is likely to backfire on me, since who knows what the labels actually mean these days.

Congrats on that great weight loss!
