Kidney stones and surgery

Has anyone had vsg done while you have a kidney stone?  I'm pretty sure I have a stone right now and it takes me awhile to pass them.  My surgery won't be until after August 15th so I am sure I will have time to pas it but it still has me worried. Thanks

my husband had kidney stones twice. His was because he was dehydrated. He has not had WLS nor does he need it. But because of his experiences of stones and not enough water it makes me extra careful - I have been having a hard time getting all my water in but I am working very hard to do so. Especially during the summer months dehydration and stones can go hand and hand.

Thanks for the reply.  I am downing the water and I have to admit I haven't been doing such a good job of it lately.  Yesterday I was beginning to see waves at the bottom of my eyes!!!   LOL  I want to make sure that there is noting to move the surgery back so these stones are going to move!!   Make sure your hubby gets his water too.  Again thanks for the reminder.
