Sometimes you can take in to much air. So just be mindful when you sip. It will pass.

Thanks. Even with the tiniest sip, I still get burpy bubbles, lol.

Bubbles and burps are completley normal at this stage!  My tummy had a mind of its own and you could literally hear it talking from across the kitchen.  Nothing to fear - its to be expected!  Just remember to sip slow all day long!

I burped for the first 6 weeks about 400-500 times a day, no sh*t! It sucked but Doc said it was normal. It'll pass :)

At a week out, I wasn't able to get down more than a couple ounces per hour, taking tiny sips with lots of time in between.  You'll be fine!!

I burped a lot early on too!  And sometimes I found that it was easier to walk and sip at the same time because it helped get the air out.  I'm 5 weeks out now and still burp a lot but it isn't uncomfortable like it was in the beginning.  Hang in there...and keep sipping.  Also, I still drink a Premier shake everyday.  Best amt of protein and ready to drink...no mixing!  Good luck!!
