Week 7
The last few days I don’t feel like eating or drinking anything!
No real issues, just don’t feel like eating or drinking my water. Today I am trying to start the week off right, and getting in a protein shake for breakfast, only half way through it and I just don’t want anymore.
Just don’t feel like stuffing my face today with my 70 grams of protein and 64oz of water.
Anyone else get the Food Blah's?

I feel that way a lot of the time wtih my protein shakes and my water. I still have to force myself to get all the water in every day. And the shakes? I do them, but I think of them as medicine, just something I have to get in.
But food? Regular, yummy food? I look forward to that, even though I don't eat very much. I still love every bite!

I know what you mean. I am at the end of Week 7 and just don't feel
like eating or drinking anything. Weight loss has been real slow and
I am not hungary. I started drinking a protein shake about an hour ago
and just don't want to fini**** You would think I could drop a few
pounds. I find it really hard to get protein from food. I can't eat that
much and don't want to. If it weren't for the shakes I probably wouldn't
get my daily protein. Food Blah, Food Blah, Food Blah!!!!! LOL
