I am down to Severely Obese. It seems an odd thing to be happy about but I'm excited.

I so relate.  I went from super morbid obese to extreme obese, and now I'm less than 12 pounds from leaving the obese category.  Despite the imperfections of the BMI, it is great fun watching it go down. Progress is progress, and it's worth the excitement.

Enjoy the moment.  More to come.
