So I made this last night and it was really good.  It does have carrots so if you are super carb sensitive you might give them a miss but thought ya'll might enjoy a new recipe.

2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 in cubes
1/2 head of cauliflower cut up and big stalks removed
3 carrots (I'm lazy and just added a handful of baby carrots)

Shake this all up together then add over the chickent breasts and veggies
4t curry powder
1t tumeric
2T corn starch
1/2t cinnamon
1t garam masala

Put everything in a slow cooker and add 1/2 cup chicken broth.  Let cook on high for 4 hours.  Turn heat off then add 1/2 cup of Fage 0% yogurt.  I also top with some cilantro.

Super yummy, nice flavor, tons of protein.  I don't serve it over anything as the cauliflower disinegrates and makes it almost like rice.  My family then eats it with naan bread which of course I give a miss.

A serving put you at about 100 calories, 13g of protein and 11g of carbs  (this will obviously varry but gives you some sort of idea).

I'm going to give that a try next week.
Thanks for the tip. And I'll have the Naan made by my local Indian restaurant.

I made some curry chicken last week and loved it!  I also made some saga panzer to go with it.  I didn't run the numbers, but I am sure it was all low carb and high protein, especially since I used Greek yogurt in both!  Yummy!
