Been very busy recently and running hither and yon, not much time online. But I wanted to share this one.
On our trip to Hawaii I broke from plan and ate a single dip of coconut ice cream.
So.
So.
So.
Good.
Today it was hot and I was stuck in the car and drove through an ice cream place and asked if they had coconut ice cream. They did not. They had German Chocolate that has coconut, but that's all.
I DROVE AWAY WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING.
I figured I'd just wait until I got back home and have nonfat Greek yogurt with Hazelnut Torani stirred in.
This was an automatic reaction, no thought, no debate. They didn't have what I was craving and I didn't sit there and figure out what else I could get. No trauma, no resentment, just started thinking how good the yogurt would taste and that I need to get Torani coconut (assuming they make it).
I love my sleeve.
