How many times a day do you eat?

I am struggling to get my protein up over 80grams a day...I am falling around 70-75 but I would prefer to be 80-90. Right now I sort of do......

Dinner

Should I put a snack between breakfast and lunch to up that protein? What do you do?

When are you having your protein shakes? Can you double scoop them? I double scoop mine giving me 48g of protein in one serving. Another suggestion is to have 2 protein shakes a day. I will usually have one for breakfast and one for a snack, both double scooped so I've met all my protein in 2 meals. Any other protein during the day is bonus.
I eat 4-6x a day now. Early out- 4. Protein shakes were not counted as meals.
So, I think you are likely fine with the number of times as long as you are logging, but try to up the protein grams per mini-meal. I still do a protein shake (30g) in the am, and get about 100g a day on under 900 cals. I pretty much aimed for only 70+ when I was at 600-800.

Since I can't get in enough protein in 3 meals (I try to get 100) my NUT cleared me for 6 meals a day. Many times it's just a slice of turkey smeared with spicy mustard, but I count it as a meal.
I have my fitness pal set for 6 separate meals. I stay between 600-800 calories, less than 20 g. Fat and less than 35 g. Carbs......most days

I'd like to only eat 3 meals a day but I lose too quickly when I do that so I'm trying to slow down my weight loss now. That being said I'm "trying" to do 4-5 meals a day now but its difficult because I'm not hungry at all. Feel like a baby that is pushing away there food as a kid because there not hungry but is forced to eat it because they need too. LOL
Ah, I see you are still losing, might have to up them carbs until you find what will help you maintain. Watching you, just because where you are still so early out and already reached your goal so fast, hope you are able to find the right things that work for you fast so you don't get too skinny on us.

Shake is 40g protein ---1/2 before gym and 1/2 after workout. Plus I can't do food before noon (GERD).
Could you possibly add in a protein coffee ****d or hot) as an AM snack? Low in cals and you can make it as protein heavy as what you need for the day.
