dvick 48lbs is great! Keep up the good work! I am pretty much following the protocal from my Dr. 70 grams of protein, 64ozs water, under 40 grams of carbs. I am embarrased to confess that I have not worked out. I plan on starting kick boxing in September, when my kids are back in school. We all lose at different rates, so don't sweat it!!!
