Six Flags Over Texas Will I fit?

 So I am thinking of going to Six Flags Over Texas and was wondering if I would be able to ride all the rides? I am at about 218 and my hips are at 55-56. So will I fit now?

Great!  I think you'll fit!  I've been to amusement parks when I was a little larger than that and fit.  So I think you are good to go!

There might be info on the website for the park. When I was 240 and a size 20/22 I could not ride a few coasters. It was embarrassing because they did not have the try out seat in front of the ride. However I was fine at Kings Dominion with all the rides.

Call or email their customer service dept...usually can be  found on their home page...tell them about your size and ask which rides you should avoid and which you'll have no trouble with.  I found Busch Gardens in VA had a list already prepared to tell me.  Hopefully 6 Flags Tx has the same.  good luck, and have fun!

Well since Six Flags is just up the road from where I live, let me tell ya...you can most likely fit on the rides and at 218..you should be fine. I have been walking Six Flags since my surgery and my first time ont the rides I rode the ones I knew I could fit in before the surgery...The Gunslinger, The Sombro, The Conquestidor, the Bob Sled and the Merry Go Round. I couldn't get into the others because of how the lap bar dropped or the shoulder harnesses. When I tried to ride the Runaway Mine train (one of my very favorites for like EVER!!), image my surprise when the lap bar came dow and I had about 2" to spare before it touched me and I was about 218 at the time (I"m 5'5). From there I went to the others..The Batman, The Flashback, The Rodeo Bulls, etc..and was able to ride them all.

So I think you'll be just fine..stick to the regular rides and then try the others and see what happens but you should be able to fit in them all...Good luck and let us know how it turns out. Who knows, you just may go on one of the days I go and maybe we can meet up!
