Sam's Club Items to Buy Post Op?

I love the EAS shakes in chocolate fudge.  I have used them for 2 years post op.  4 carbs.  Yummy....

I love the Hormel real bacon pieces & of course I get my Premier protein shakes there. More expensive @ Costco. Olive Garden Italian dressing for the family.
I buy these Carmalized Onion Chicken patty's Delisious.
All types of Chicken sausages. Tyson chicken tenders (naked ones) unfortunately my Sam's doesn't have SF Davinci. Just walk through the store it's amazing what they have , but I find its good to know your prices because some things are not such good bargains. I haven't tried these, but saw them cocoa roasted almonds
with a good carb count.

Make sure you add freezer bags to your list if you're not also feeding a family. The key for me is to separate the portions before you freeze.
