Happy Wednesday!

B:  home made chocolate peanut butter shake made w/water and 1 Tablespoon of FF dry milk

L:  1.8 oz of tuna mixed with 1/8 cup Greek Yogurt and ! Tablespoon of dill relish

D: 2.8 oz of tilapia with lots of freshly ground black pepper and granulated garlic -- sauted in
     1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

S:  if needed, one 50 calorie string cheese stick

Water:  6 cups

Vits:  done

Exercise:  walked in the pool for 20 minutes

 I'm buckling down after being in Vegas for 5 days but need to go to the store. I was wildly unprepared for today!

B-  Protein shake mint cookie (thanks Shagdoll!)
      Coffee with 2 little creamers (damn 10 carbs!!)

S- 1 serving cocoa dusted almonds

L- 2 Laughing Cow cheeses (NOT
 prepared at work!)

S- 1 serving cocoa dusted almonds 

D- grilled chicken and salad

1 set of vites, 1 to go
not nearly enough water
no exercise
