I hear ya. I am the same way. I still see myself the same way too!! Even tho sizes have gone down and the weight, i still see the fat girl. Our minds are still messed up from being overweight so long, i guess. I hope it changes.

I still struggle with this everyday...esp when I am naked. It's very hard to explain to someone who isn't going through this- but I still see the fat and rolls and saggy skin. I still hold my clothes up and think they are not going to fit. There is the angel and the devil- the angel knows I am a size 8 but the devil is like your not fooling anyone we all know your fat! LOL That mental battle in your head is so hard to deal with.
