15 months out stall??
The carb thing varies from plan to plan. Most here will tell you to stay under 40 grams of carbs a day to lose weight. What does your surgeon's plan say?
I honestly don't worry about fat too much, because at my caloric intake, I can't really get in enough fat to do any real damage if I'm getting in enough protein.
Many would also say that your calories look high for a sleever who is still trying to lose. The popular plan around here has most of us under 800 calories a day. What does your surgeon's plan say?
Are you tracking your food? If not, you really may want to start now. My husband wasn't tracking, and his weight loss had slowed like yours. As soon as he started tracking, he could see where his diet needed improvement, and he has been losing about 2 pounds a week since. Bottom line: if you're trying to trouble shoot your losses (or lack of), tracking really is a must.

LOL!
I was just saying on MFP this morning how the weight loss wont freakin stop. I have more than doubled my calories and it's still falling off. I keep adding new items to my diet every couple of days to see what works and what doesnt. Hopefully I get it under control before my nickname turns into Toothpick. HAHA

Try to stay closer to that 800 calorie # and personally I would keep the carbs at least under 60 during the weight loss faze. See how that works for you. You can try what the NUT says which may work and if it doesn't the lower the carbs and calories. :)
Remember you wont see results in a day or week. Give it a true effort for 1 month and see where it goes for you.
Good luck!
