Do you have support in your sneakers? I just ordered walk fit shoe support $20 because I had minor foot pain when I was jogging. From the review they seem to do their job plus when I was at the Nike store they wanted more than $20 for their shoe support. I should have my shoe support any day now

It's amazing how expensive that crap can be, isn't it?  I haven't put anything in my shoes yet because my dr doesn't think I need them.  I'm going to get a second opinion on that though.

Interesting to hear that your weight goes up the dry after, I thought I was the only one, actually went up two days in a row for me then it is time to run again same thing lol so I thought about this for a few months now where my weight loss is slow but losing inches still, I try not to pay attention to the numbers on the scale no more, it is hard though. Our bodies retain lots of water after exercising so I thought about cutting out the exercise to get the weight off but I want to be healthy and that includes exercising. Decisions, decisions. I will have to stop for a few months if I don't get another eleven pounds off fast but will wait another few months, I have to have eleven more pounds off before January for a medical appt that requires me to be 27 BMI or lower. It is only two more pounds on my scale in the morning but the dr scale gave me different readings in the evening with clothes, food, water and sneakers to take into consideration.

lol I don't hold my breath that is for sure, it is so slow here that I might be down 2-3 lbs this month and it is up I think in 4 days, will see if I can snap out of that 4 lbs a month that is haunting me.

Oh my, you have been bitten by the running bug...it's addicting...lol

What a wonderful thing for your husband to say and notice.

congratulations and be careful.

Rule #1 for runners is don't hurt yourself because then you cant run.

cheers,

Yep... I guess you can officially say I've been bitten lol.

Thanks :)

And I love that rule.  I admit it made me pretty mad when I couldn't run for two weeks.  My husband and I were doing our c25k training together, and now he's way ahead of me lol.  I'll get there though.

And you're right... time to be very careful so I don't get hurt again.
