Month 14/pics in profile
Hello,
I'm about to run out w/ hubby but I uploaded a few pics in my profile. I've never been able to cut n paste on here from my computer.
I'm at 120 down from a all time high of 247. My surgery day weight I was 233. I am well below goal and now working on maintaining, and adding more healthy fats in my diet. I did low-carb and it worked for me. YMMV.
I exercise here and there but daily I do 25-50 squats, pushups, arm weights and crunches. I have wrinkly skin and saggy non existent boobs. I don't care. My joints no longer ache and I feel so much better. I can always find smalls on clearance so the cheapskate in me is delighted. My shoe size dropped from a 9 to 7 1/2 or 8.
I always take my vites, drink my water and always eat no more than the palm of my hand (4 oz/old WW tip)). I do crave sweets and sometimes I eat "bad" stuff, but I do not go overboard, nor do I feel addicted to any particular foods.

Just make sure u hit goal first! And take it easy bringing the carbs back. It's better to avoid things that will trigger cravings. For me I won't go back to sodas.
