OK... I was reminded yesterday that it's been awhile since I updated everyone on my progress ( which has deffinately slowed down :-( ) Since I lost 4 lbs over night I figured today's a good day to do it!...

I'm down 73 lbs since surgery 4/5; 88lbs since 2/7!!! only 12 lbs to go to my 1/2 way point!!! my BMI is down 14.2 points!

I didn't measure in the very begining - but since 3/19 i've lost 9 inches off my waist alone! and my body fat percentage since 5/5 is down 13.4%... i don't even want to know what it was before that :-( lol

Bennie's still doing well too! He's down 72 lbs since surgery (4/30); 102 total since 2/17!!!
