I'm on the Pre-op diet right now and at my pre-op class yesterday they gave us Pre-op diet safe shake recipes and this one is SOOOO good!

1 Scoop of Bariatric Fusion vanilla protein (or whatever brand of vanilla you like)
1 Cup of Skim milk (I use Smart Balance, it tastes like 2% for real)
3 tablespoons of sugar free fat free butterscotch pudding powder (not prepared)

Mix in the blender with some ice and enjoy! Holy crap, this was a treat!!

You can also try the FF SF banana pudding too.  I use 1 TBLSP with almond milk and it's phenomenal!!

I never thought if putting sf pudding mix in a protein shake. That sounds great!

It's actually SO filling, I don't know if I can fini**** I am probably going to use less pudding mix next time. Less carbs that way too! So yummy! I love new recipes, keeps me from getting bored with these things!

Hey I am post op and I NEVER would have thought about that I will be trying that soon. I am now hooked on OJ and Van protein and ice cubes so good.

Orange juice and vanilla?  Many years ago Shaklee made a butterscotch flavored protein powder.  The guy who sold it to us said it was delicious with orange juice.  Sounded awful but we tried it and LOVED it.

Yum!  I have also been using some Crystal Lite orange for the same flavor.  Also delicious!

SF Butterscotch pudding is great added to chocolate shakes too. Comes out tasting like a butterfinger. I also use SF cheesecake mix. Those are my two favorites.
