How'd I do post op'ers???
Cranberry = acidic and sugar, you may want to rethink these.
Gatorade and Powerade regular are full of sugar. They both have diet versions - Powerade Zero, forget what Gatorade's diet version is - I highly recommend having the diet versions in. The electrolites in them help prevent dehydration when you are struggling to get your liquids in post op.
Great job preparing for your big day! Remember the lip stuff (chapstick or my favorite burts bees) for in the hospital!

I use white organic grape juice to flavor my water but honestly like everyone else it was not a good idea as it triggers urges for more sugar. Also i went out and stocked up on all of the above including baby foods uggggg and now 10 days post op "I dont want any of that" !!! so definitely slow down on the purchases as you may change your mind about wanting any of that. A good thing that i bought was small toddler spoons, toddler storage containers (perfect for Jello and broth) and a toddler plate with the dividers from Dollar Trees Store!!!! they are perfect and the small spoon is perfect amount for me plus it controls the urges for big gulps and bites!!!!! Good Luck !
