Not good idea of hiking and pushing a stroller
So decided to do a two hour hike Wednesday after work, put my toddler in a stroller. Too many hills and now my back is out. Ouch just in time for the weekend, dr just told me lots of rest and to take it easy. Hurts to sit or get up was told tylenol or advil will help. Grrr so mad I had plans for the weekend but looks like I won't be doing much of anything.
I probably would have been fine if I wasn't pushing a stroller and won't do it again in a hilly area.

If the pain drags out for more then a week I might consider something. It is probably the sciiatic nerve since it is down my legs as well, what was I thinking?
Really thought I was fit enough to do this but wasn't thinking of the pushing apparently. My toddler usually is not involved with my long walks, I did eight hrs at a park but mainly flat ground that day and they were not in the stroller for the majority of it.
