Time to take control
I'm only a week behind you, August 13. I know it's a little frustrating, as it is to me, too. I think the reason for frustration is we see so much "instant" success, that we want that, and we want it, well, instantly! I can't say I'm not disappointed when the scale doesn't move, but I'm trying to be patient and realistic. It's not a sprint, remember, it's a marathon. :)
Many people on this board list their highest weight as there starting weight... I listed the weight I was the day of surgery not preop, so it can be discouraging when you think you are not losing that fast. I lose, stall for several weeks, lose, stall again seems like the stalls go on forever. Body adjustments. It is hard cause there are people who lose 100 lbs in 6 months.... just try to look at your own progress. I have lost inches.
