Four months later... with pics
At two months out, down 42 pounds:

Four months post-op, down 64 pounds:
This pic is dark--sorry my body fades into the shower door. I'm not sucking in my tummy, though. Let me try again:

I lightened the exposure. These capris were skin tight when I bought them and wore them two months earlier (same time the top picture was made). It's hard to tell here, but they actually are loose now. They aren't molding to my thighs but are kind of stretched from the round of my tummy down to the tighter area just below my knee.
My weight loss slowed a bit for several reasons, all having to do with my choices, nothing else. But I'm still happy and still losing!

We had major water damage in our house and I couldn't use our kitchen or cook our meals for almost 6 weeks. Three weeks, we lived in a hotel. During that time I could have forced myself to live on greek yogurt and cottage cheese kept in the fridge but a lot of the time I didn't. We ate out every night and some lunches. However, I also didn't eat much of the stuff I was choosing to eat. I mostly made smart choices and always limited my portions. I wasn't measuring/weighing/logging a lot of the time, but was always VERY aware and following the dictates of my new stomach when it came to stopping when my mouth was saying, "This tastes good, surely a little more wouldn't hurt..."
The fact that I came out the other end of that experience still weighing a little less than I began it feels like a huge success to me--and now I'm losing again!
Thanks!
