Okay, I'm almost 12 weeks post-op and I itch all over. I've been itching all over for months now! Anyone else have this weird side effect? It's the worst on my belly and hips.
yes !!! I was itchy everywhere !! I went to the dermatologist and she said to use jergens shea butter lotion everyday and to drink more water. Being itchy can be a sign of dehydration :( Between being well moisturized and hydrating the itching did go away!
I was itchy up to week 6 post op... The funny thing is that every where I was itchy which was from my neck to the palms of my feet started peeling even the pallms of my hands and feet.... It was weird!!!! Not sure what it was I just stopped asking the doctor
I too was sleeved the same date as you. I itch but without any regularity. It's my underarms my stomach and my hips. Scratching just makes me want to scratch more. I haven't asked the doctor about it. But dehydration could definitely be the culprit.
