Speaking of DANG 181lbs! awesome! You say you are not sure "beyond your goal weight" I'm well below mine.....once you get there...and you are close....you may find you are not done....don't sell yourself short....if you feel like you want to lose more....go for it!

Thanks. :) My plan is to hit 175 and THEN decide and revise my goal 5-10 pounds at a time until I'm comfortable. The upper range of my BMI is 150, but that just seems so unattainable right now... BUT I'm not discounting it. Just rolling with it. That 175 was a "yeah right" goal for me at the time. I mean, who loses 200 pounds? LOL

It was in Campbell (South bay). It is a national event.....Just google Walk From Obesity Good luck.....on your journey.

Love the pics. Such a transformation. It is great that you are enjoying life, and I know you are busy. However, hop on the board when you can to say hi. Let everyone know if that walk is a an annual event, there are some who would like to come and participate.
