Yum!!! Frisco - I am finally post op- still on my liquids and working on getting in the protein. Even the way my stomach gurgles is different. I am still figuring out what my sleeve is trying to tell me. Keep this recipes coming - they will be a great resource in a few months!!

Ok..after I wake up from my surgery, next to getting to my weight goal, my second goal will be to take some food pictures that will compete with yours. And yes, of actual stuff we can eat!
