The Big Shucks Mexican Shrimp ****tail is to die for, assuming you like shrimp, cilantro, lime juice, etc. And it has 8 oz of shrimp in it. I know this because I bought one and brought it home for lunch the next day, and drained the juice and weighed it. 8.6 oz. There were a few bits of avocado in it, which I realize is fat, yadda yadda, but honestly, very very little. It was really all about the shrimp.

I always get the mild because I don't like serrano peppers.

They may have some fancy recipe with all sorts of stuff in it, but I'm pretty sure I can make something I like just as well by using 8 oz of salad shrimp, tomato juice seasoned to taste, a bit of chopped onion and cilantro, and squeeze fresh lime over it.

The good news is that as much as I love these things, they were never really quite enough to satisfy me as a full meal pre-sleeve. My friend always eats lots of crackers with hers, but I often got a different meal just to have more food. Now this is my perfect meal!

Very. And I love that there is nothing bad in them at all.

I LOVE Mexican shrimp ****tails!  I can only eat half of one currently, so I take it home and eat it a second day.

And don't worry about the avocado.  Avocado is the good kind of fat plus lots of trace minerals.  Won't hurt you a bit.  Green peppers are yummy to add to it too.  I don't like hot peppers either.

Green peppers, yes.  Love 'em!

There really isn't much avocado on these at all.  I love it, and if there were more I'm sure I'd eat it and be happy, but these are chock full of shrimp with just the occasional tiny bit of avocado so they really are healthy and low cal AND high protein.
