About those "nasty" chewable multis...
This is an individual thing but this is what works for me. I ordered the Unjury Opurity Bariatric vitamins and also their chewable calcium supplements. The calcium supplements taste nowhere near as bad, being more of a citrus taste without the extra vitamins and minerals in the multi.
I've found that if I chew the multi first and follow with the calcium, the chewable calcium cleans the other taste out of my mouth. It probably helps that I take four of them so there is plenty of stuff to chew to remove the multi taste.
I also drink lots of iced tea with them.
I'll be glad when these are all gone and I can return to my regular multi. I can swallow it already but don't want to waste the money I spent on chewables so am using them up first.

This made me laugh because I feel the same way, at my three week check up I begged my doc and nut to give me the okay to begin taking the regular multi and calciums. I hate, HATE, did I say HATE, these chewables!! LOL. But like you, I'm waiting to finish them and am buying the regular ones this weekend.
I don't know why, but my doc never seemed to think any of this was an issue. At my first checkup, which I think was only 11 days? He told me to try the regular multis, that I probably could take them. And I said, I use huge horse pill multis, natural vitamins. And he shrugged and said, I bet you won't have any trouble.
And I didn't.
So for awhile I was taking them. But then I kept looking at all the money I'd spent on these and finally bit the bullet and starting taking these. When they're gone, I'm back to the horse pills.

Vitamins seem to be so much a matter of personal taste! I wanted to like the OPurity vitamins, I love the Unjury protein powder, but they were so bitter I sent them back (fortunately they guarantee their products, so they refunded my money with no hassle. I took the Bariatric Advantage for awhile, but they made me queasy if I didn't take them with food. Even 10 minutes before a meal, and I'd start to feel it. I still take the BA chewable iron though - I mean, who doesn't like a chocolate raspberry truffle chewable iron? Yum! And the BA calcium chewy bites are great too. I was on a lemon kick for awhile, now I'm on a chocolate or caramel trend. Not as yummy as the Calcet chocolate fudge creamy bites (like a little bit of brownie!), but less expensive. For a multivitamin I've switched to the Celebrate chewable multivitamins - the orange flavor. It's very mild, and I'm fine with the flavor - not bitter like other brands.
I'm over a year out, and I'm still taking all these chewables because I enjoy them. Weird, I know...
