9 month (late) post with bad pix

It's a rule that my picture was not taken so there are very few pictures of me in our family.  I do have two headshots that I can share.  I'm scared to share pictures because I do not see much difference yet I've gone from size 28/32 to a current 16/14.

The before pix was with my mom in the nursing home following her stroke in March - this is 4 months following my sleeve.  The second picture is in July .... not sure where those bones on my collarbone came from... didn't know they were there!!
