Slow metabolism after VSG?

 Thanks for the info. Love to read it.  And hearing it picked way up after 6 weeks is very encouraging, thank you!  That's next week.  :)))

Also remember to measure yourself, many vets have said, when the weight was not coming off they still lost inches !! That may help you stay motivated if the scale feels stuck.
