I can't blame it on hormones since I had a hysterectomy a few years ago.  (Unless it has to do with weight loss triggering hormones, but my weight is pretty steady right now.)

I walked a lot more than usual yesterday and then walked two miles first thing this morning.  I think maybe this is why I'm feeling hunger, but it does no good to kick up the activity if I'm just going to eat more.

I've been drinking lots of water.  I think I'll go heat up a cup of coffee from this morning and see if that helps.

Oh, what I've eaten today:

A bacon and egg taco from Taco Cabana. Never had one before, 13 protein and 230 calories. Not great, but not horrible.  I put lots of onion, salsa and cilantro on it and just hit the spot.  Then I walked over two miles immediately after eating.

2/3 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup greek yogurt

So I made up for the protein but am still wanting more to eat.

Grrr.

You know, since I have been typing this entry, my hunger has slacked.  Maybe I just needed to get it off my mind!

I have found that it helps do do something and not think about it. If it is your brain just telling you that your hungry then it will go away and after you do something to not think about it for 30 mins. and after your still hungry then try grabbing a little snack. But it sounds like you are doing a great job just keep it up.

Oh my goodness, I was going to post on this myself. I was sleeved in June. I get ravenously hungry sometimes. How normal is that??

It's very unusual for me, now that people pointed out that most of the time it's gas.  LOL

Try taking an antacid and see if that makes the "hunger pangs" go away.  That usually works for me.

Today was different, but it seems to have passed on, thank goodness.
