I went to GNC and saw how much Isopure individual fruit bottles cost. Wouldn't mixing unflavored protein into Crystal light make something similar, and cheaper? Any opinions?

I am trying to find these drinks to see how they taste.
You can get the isopure powder in all the same flavors and just add
it to water.
 Cheaper for sure!!!!!

Isopure mades a very good quality unflavored protein powder as well as flavored protein powders, as does Syntrax Nectar.  You don't have to buy the RTD by Isopure or anyone else, you do pay for the convenience.

Check out www.unjury.com   They have a Chicken Soup that my Dr approved for Clear liquid for the first week post op and it has 20 G protein.  And a Strawberry Sorbet that is approved and is good and they have an unflavored as well, that you can mix w/ Chrystal light, I am sorry I have not tried it yet but the others are really good and that is alot of protein.  I called it in and the lady on the phone was very nice and very helpful and they sent me a whole bunch of samples.  Give it a try

I actually prefer Crystal Light (or even better, sf Hawaiin Punch) with unflavoured whey mixed in over most of the shakes and definitely over the isopure bottled drinks. It makes my drink kind of milky looking, but doesn't change the texture, which matters to me. I really dislike slimy anything, and isopure is definitely slimy.
