Was it yesterday I was hungry all day long for no good reason?

Opposite today.  In fact, I'm at under 600 calories, but also only 56 protein.  I need at least a half cup of protein if not more and am thinking, "Do I hafta?"

My body.  Oh well, I guess it all evens out!  Because last night for dinner I ended up eating 2 cups of Greek yogurt with SF syrup, 1/2 cup at a time, because I just didn't have satiety.  I had just about decided it had turned into a slider for me, but I guess not.  Because I'm not having that prob at all today.
