Didn't measure inches, the only place I know for sure is ribs, was 42 now 36...

I'm only 11 weeks out today, but that's close enough :-)

I measured last night, and I've lost 10 inches off my waist and 6.5 off my hips!

Pretty happy so far!

pre op diet start weight: 283.5
surgery weight: 269
12 weeks out: 221

I honestly havent been measuring, lol. But I know I've gone from a tight 28 to a well fitting 24. It's amazing how much difference 3 months makes!
