I had the vsg on 6/27
As of today I weigh 225... Surgery date 263 lbs... I am dropping the pounds very slow...
I was 299 lbs in January when I started exploring the vsg
I still struggle w/ energy issues and low iron
I jog now for 10-15 mins before I needs water break. I have 56 lbs to go until I get to my goal weight. I'm doing good w/ water intake and protein... I'm rarely hungry and eat 600 cal a day I'm suppose to be at 800 due to my crazy work schedule I eat boiled eggs, tuna, and Greek yogurt through out the day, I do eat edame beans too
Not really having much skin issues these days some sagging w, my arms and thighs.
I'm down to a xl in shirts and size 20 in pants, I still don't see a difference in my face it still feels fat... But I'm soooo in love w/ my sleeve!!!!

Wow, we're right there together.  I weighed 266 on the day of surgery and I was 219.5 this morning.  I started out at 303 last year.

I'm having trouble with the eating though and eating closer to 1000 calories lately.  I need to go back to my NUT and get straightened out.  I'm in a 1x or 2x and size 22 pants.

June 21st here - down 56.6 pounds since surgery, 96.6 pounds total since starting the process last December.  So close to that 100 pound mark!!!

Been through a whole lot since surgery that wasn't surgery related (boyfriend break up, kidney stone surgery, ovarian cysts, blah blah blah).  So I am thrilled with my progress.  I am far from perfect - miss protein, water, and exercise goals a lot, but still losing an average of 4 pounds a week and feeling better than I have in about 10 years.  Loving all the compliments from friends and coworkers.

Go June Sleevers Go!!!!!

June 25th sleever.  Down 44 pounds .  163lbs this morning .  Wearing size 10.  I cook even more now healthy meals for me and family.  Constipation has been a major problem .  Nothing works tried it all.  Now on amitiza . Not impressed with it either.  My goal is 145lb.  After I get there then I will see if I will go lower.  I get my water and protein in and I still have 1 protien shake everyday.  Can't wait to be in the 150s!    Exercise has been hit and miss some weeks yes and some weeks no. I'm in education too.  We are so busy and my daughter plays high school volleyball so we are gone all the time and we go to all the football games.  Good luck and congrats on all your success.

6/6/12 and had my 3 month appointment 9/20 and weighed 235! I'm 233 today. The NP told me I have lost 40% of my excess wieght already. I never looked at it like that, it's amazing! Best thing I ever did. And I just finished th couch to 5k app today, starting the couch to 10k app at week 8 day 3 tomorrow. I have signed up for 7 or 8 races til th end of th year. Crazy to think none of this would have been possible with out the sleeve!

Good job to all my fellow June Sleevers!

June 27th here...I really had a rough start, but am doing very well now.  My highest weight was 272.  My surgery weight was 248.  Post surgery 255.  Today, I weigh 204. I go for my 3 month appt. on Thursday. I havent weighed this since 2008. I can't wait to be under 200... I will be over the moon!!! I'm down three pant sizes and went from a 3X shirt to an XL.  Shedding this weight is so freeing!!!  I'm so thankful for this opportunity.

June 14th here. Down 62lbs since surgery and 77 overall. Been so busy with kids activities I haven't had time to do much exercising. I know I need to though. :( 3 month labs were good. Protien was .3 too low so not too bad.
When I went back to work when school started, the staff was so surprised! No one knew I was having surgery. I've gotten so many compliments and it makes me feel so good!

Keep up the good work all you June sleevers!!!
