My vitals are doing awesome. sore throat from the tube. The pain level is pretty high, but I have been up walking around. Coughing is a new experience in pain. The surgeon said I had no subcutaneous fat so he didn't have to do any lipo. That would have made the discomfort worse. A good reason to wait to get to goal. He also said I would be very happy with the result.

The main thing is I am pretty drowsy I sleep for part of each hour. That's not like me.

good luck man. 7.5lbs the "easy way"... not jealous. get outta there and get yourself a couple gummy bears. they'll cheer you right up!

Plastics scare me more than any other surgery. Glad I don't have to think about them yet.
