2 months post op (almost)
I had my surgery on August 6th so almost 2 months ago. I feel great (minus the allergies lol) and I have never regretted it one day. I was worried about the "buyers remorse" and I have yet to feel that way. My eating habits obviously have changed a lot. I don't obsess about getting all the protein and water in like I'm suppose to but like I said what I am doing works for me. My starting weight was 258 and I am down to 212. So 46 pound weight loss in 2 months...I'll take it!! My Doc wants me to be at 198 by November 3rd for my check up and I think that it is totally possible. I also haven't been working out much. I'm sure that it will help and fully intend to start some sort of work out regimen but for now everything is working for me. I am sooooo looking forward to "onderland". It's just around the corner! If you are contemplating surgery my opinion is go for it! You eventually forget that you aren't eating much. It just becomes a way of life! I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!!!

Congrats. I am waiting for my surgery date. I have gone through all the classes and pre-op test. I am going for the sleeve surgery. Are you on real food yet? I see where the process is liquid diet, pureed/soft diet and then regular diet. Do you have any suggestions for the liquid or pureed diet?

The liquid diet was tough! Probably the hardest part of the whole process. Eating like a lever without the sleeve! Yikes! Just keep your eye on the prize! Atkins advantage cage caramel was key for me! Tastes great! You can do it and you will totally never regret it! Good luck and keep me posted! I want full details any help I can offer is yours! Add me as a friend too!
