Thanks! You can do it. C25K is a great program. Just try to push yourself a little harder on the program like once every week or so to see how fast you can run. I was intimidated by falling off the treadmill.
I also cannot stress the importance of having running shoes vs any other type of shoes. I got professionally fitted and it helped my knees immensely!
