Steroids and Stupidity

I got bronchitis (which re-activated my asthma) and my doctor put me on 2 types of steroids and I couldn't take my Pepcid. The result was me feeling like I was starving every 2-3 hours. I was already struggling with the 3 month revelation of I can eat the foods I like and remembering why I started on this journey and then I gained 3 lbs while sick. Tomorrow I have my blood work to check my anemia levels. I am getting back on track 100000000000% tomorrow. I want to thank you all for giving me a safe place to turn my mistakes into lessons and your support when I'm struggling.  

It can be hard to stay on track when you're super sick.  But good for you for getting right back to where you should be!  We only fail if we quit trying.

Steroids have the ravenous affect, too.  Worry about the bronchitis, first, then this will just be a little blip. :)

You will have to get better first then concentrate on the weight loss your health comes first

 My hubby was even telling me to eat right now and not count the calories until I'm better. Thank you all
