Thanks soooo much Italian-Princess!!! I feel amazing - sometimes even when I want to be down about a stall or something it can't last long because I feel so good it trumps all!! lol! I told my sister - sometimes I hear myself talking and I'm like - I know people will think I'm over-exaggerating - but i'm not. Getting this excess weight off, re-gaining control of my eating and exercising has changed my life in soooooo many ways. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I went out this morning for my walk and I noticed I was anxious about whether or not I could do it again. The complexity of our psychy is amazing - rofl! But I did it again and aside from the sore calves - I love it!!! Please keep me posted when you're ready to take that step - I'm a cheerleader at heart and will be cheering you on!!!!

You are awesome! I am so very proud sleeve sister!!! I am stuck at 189 :(    I have been there for a couple of weeks. I started at a gym doing 3 classes a week and I am hoping that helps. What is your total WL since surgery date? I am right at 60 pounds and feel I should be more than that.

Hey AmberK - tytytyty!!!!! I know - the 180's were rough for me too.  The only consolation is my body really did use that 'stuck' time move things around. For some reason the scale didn't move but I could feel my body shrinking. It's crazy I know - and different than my other stall periods. So hang in there - it CAN'T last forever (which is what I announced to it every day the scale didn't move - lol). I've lost 102 since surgery - 24 preop (haven't weighed in today yet - so hoping to have an update - lol). But you're doing great!!!!! 60lbs is nothing to sneeze at hun - it's only been 7 months. I started out at a higher weight - and from what I understand those with less weight to lose can have a longer loss period. But it's not about how fast you lose - only that you lose! You're doing wonderful and I'm so proud of you!!!! The workouts will undoubtedly take inches off before you see the affects on the scale - but it will catch up.  Take care hun!!!

Look how hot you look!!! Congrats on the running. I get the urge sometimes, but common sense takes over...Thank God!!! I am not ready for running or jogging even. But I will be one day. I am walking my first 5K this weekend. I have been doing very little excercise, because of time restraints. I have done a little walking and some cardio classes.  But I am going to do this thing. I was volunteered by one of the girls on my surgeon's staff. We will see how this goes...Ha! I am proud of your accomplishments. I look forward to being able to jog too. 1.5 miles in 15 minutes sounds good to me! that's 6 miles per hour. I can't even THINK about doing that right now.
