TYTYTY Jenngirl!!! Sometimes you just need that push - so I'm so excited that you answered the challenge!!!! You'll do great! I thought the same thing about running - and I still can't believe I actually did it! 2 days down - I think I've been bitten. I like wrapping up the end of my walk with that run - but boy I am tuckered out when it's over. lol! take care hun!!!

Awesome! I love it. Think of how much time you'll save in your workout routine if you run half the miles and walk the other half. I mean seriously you're talking about a major time savings! As for 1.5 miles in 15 minutes - for a non-runner that's a heck of a pace to maintain at 6MPH. Great job. I'm saying this a lot today but you are definitely inspiring me!!

TYTYTY Akr9911!!!! that is so true - I've cut quite a bit of time off. I was thinking this morning - I can't wait til I can run 3 miles and walk 1.5 - lol!! But first things first. lol

You look amazing!! Good for you! You inspired me to start actually exercising! I haven't started even though I am 52 lbs down since 06-25-12.....But I know I have to start because in the last 3 weeks I have been up 2 down 2 up 1 down 1, etc.......So I am sure some exercise will break this lovely stall. Congrats on the size 10 and the skinny jeans!! :)

TYTYTYTY Lose4good2012!!!! I know how you feel. When I first started walking I had terrible pain in my stomach and had to take 2 more weeks off. It was hard to get started again - I had a mental block and was scared of going through that again. But starting to exercise is a sure fire way to blast through that stall. And you feel energized after a while. Take care!!!!
