clothes, clothes, clothes!!
Old navy has a great clearance section... I buy my clothes from there... I've. Even bought smaller size shirts for $2 there and I found a pair of khakis for .47 cents last week and there was nothing wrong w/ them
you can also try thrift stores too...I started a clothing fund so I can go out and buy clothes and not charge on my credit card it does help

If you go to a goodwill or savers ( value village) try to go to the one that has a better upscale location.
The nicer clothes are in those stores in the nicer towns or burbs. That could be hard to do if you live in a small town but in the Seattle are the ones in Redmond or Bellevue area have the nicer clothes.

I also have tried to not spend a fortune on clothes. I have a few friends and coworkers that we have traded clothes. I wear scrubs Mon-Friday and don't won't to buy alot. I am a slower loser so I do tend to stay in my sizes longer. It takes time to be able to look through the goodwils and consignment shops. I have bought some 75% off Belk specials. Done pretty well at Catos but have paid mostly regular prices there. Catos and QVC make a stretch pants that can be casual or dressed up - they come in brown , black , navy, and grey. I plan for these to get me through the winter- because they are stretchy they tend to not look so baggy. I brough one pair of 16 jeans from Catos that have a stretch waistline. I donate clothes to local charities or give to friends and coworkers. I had some very nice clothes thanks to my mother-in law but was all in the size 20-24 range. Hopefully when I get to goal I can build the basics back up.

Thanks to all of you! You guys have great suggestions. I am definitely going to check out goodwill. I actually am a bit of a thrifter but more for home decor stuff that I can re-purpose! I honestly never think to look at the clothing, but I will check it out. My older sister just lost a lot of weight and gave me a whole bag of size 16 pants yesterday when I told her about my problem!! That was super exciting! She even had a couple of 14s in there too!
