I am 2 and 1/2 months out and down 60 lbs but in the past few days I have been experiencing a lot of soreness in my muscles. I have not worked out in about a month or so because of many different thing everyone being sick at different times and then I was sick for almost a week so I know it is not from working out. My body feels like I have went swimming all day plus worked out for hours on top of that. I have no idea what can be causing it so any input or ideas would be great. Thanks everyone for being so helpful.

Sounds like a low-grade fever to me. Have you checked it?

Yes that is what my husband and I were thinking but I have checked it everyday and the highest it ever is, is 98 degrees

Don't know if you will get back to this, but I had muscle pain/cramping around the same stage.  I found that what helped me was adding PowerAde Zero.  I think it was the sodium and potassium.  I can eat more now and I dropped the PowerAde 3-4 months ago with no problem.

That's great to hear. My husband had thought that I needed electrolytes so we went yesterday and bought some Powerade Zero and that has been all I have drank for 2 days other than 4oz of orange juice with calcium this morning and I have seen a major difference. Thanks for the info at least I know I am on the right path.
