Who Is This Person? NSVs & Such
Hey everyone,
So, this is an NSV post but I'd like to state that as of today, I've lost 75lbs. Wow, right? I am 10lbs from what I weighed when I graduated high school. What the, what the???
So my pajama pants have gotten insanely big. Most are XL and XXL so I found some size M on sale at Target and figured, what the hell, even if they don't fit, they'll fit soon :)
Yep, they look great. I am in a size M pajama pants and L tops. I wear a 10/12 still in regular pants.
Next thing: I got up on Sunday morning to run with a friend. She is training for a 10K and we were going to do 4 miles. It was raining so she said she was going to run inside on her treadmill. My hubby and I STILL went to the YMCA to run! We had to drive to one further away because our nearby one didn't open until later. Wow, though, right? This is a lifestyle change!!
One more brain switch: I went to Starbucks and allotted for the carbs/calories in a Tall 2 pump non fat pumpkin spice latte. It was kind of expensive. I figured it was just because I was at the beach. Got it and they gave me a Grande. Ugh. I drank some of it then threw the rest of it away! I sure did. Probably $2 worth of fancy coffee haha. Health is wealth, though, right?? :)
Also, I believe I have decided to do the Gate River Run here in Jax. It's a 15K on March 9th. I think that will be my last fitness goal before getting plastics. I was going to get plastics in February but don't want to miss the run. I'm still not 100% because I'm nervous to commit to something like that but wow! hehe.

You are fricking awesome! I so admire what you're doing with exercise. I'm rockin' it as far as weight loss but disappointed that I'm not on a regular work-out regimen. I just feel like I lack energy...getting better but still not there. Anyway, SO proud and happy for you. Way to go, Chickie.
