impractical thinking:adding real food & slowing weight loss
I'm logging everything and making sure to stay under 500-600 cal, and under 25 carbs (which by the way isn't the easiest- I didn't realize my greek yogurt alone has 20 carbs!!!!
) At this stage or any stage, how many cals/fat/carbs are you taking in?? My NUT is focused on the protein only right now, but I want to be aware of the other factors in what im eating.. thanks!!! First, get over the "Starvation MOde" idea - thats really complete BS.
It sounds like you are doing everything right. Stay under 600 calories, eat lean protein in advance of everything else, avoid heavy carbs. I usually stayed under 40 carbs not 25. The extra 15 g of carbs won't kill you. Just avoid starchy vegetables, processed sugar, and the like.
Like your Nut - mine focused on protein. If you are getting as much lean protein as you can with every meal at 600 or less calories, theres not much room for anything else that you don't need. Just remember to measure your portions and do the best that you can to under eat your sleeve. You want to be satisfied after eating, not full and uncomfortable.

Like Bob and your NUT said, focus on protein. There won't be room for much else. Although I tracked from the beginning, I didn't get really serious about it until I was eating regular food. Up until then, all I worried abou****ing my daily protein and liquids goals. The rest will fall into place.
