I had this issue too, mostly staining on my lower bottom teeth. I noticed it right around the time my hair started falling out. I thought, great, I'm going to be bald and toothless before I get skinny. I brushed, flossed and rinsed until I was blue in the face and nothing helped. Finally I bit the bullet and switched to a Sonicare toothbrush (I typically utilize the cheapo give-away toothbrush they give me at my dental cleanings). It cost me $100, but hey, it worked like a charm.

I had a cleaning about a month ago and mentioned it to the dentist. She said that because I wasn't eating a lot of food that would "brush" the teeth while I was eating, plaque tends to build up. She mentioned eating crusty bread, apples, crunchy veggies etc. sort of "brush" the teeth while you're eating. Now that I've added raw veggies and fruits to my diet, I can definitely see and feel the difference. Hope this helps!

Me too, had to add an extra dentist cleaning this year. I tried a tounge scraper and made a huge improvement on the fuzz and bad breath. I didn't think it going to do anything, but my wife is much happier saying my dragon breath is so much better. Made me think about dealing with people at work...now I brush and scrape after lunch....
