I'm so happy for you Tina! It feels so liberating to be off meds...........I'm off all Type II and cholesterol meds.............just that one GERD pill that most of us have to take for acid.

You are coming along like a super star champion! Weight loss, off meds, running.........so proud of you girl!!!

Keep workin' that sleeve!
