Way to Go! Keep up the great work! You will get there with such a great attitude! 

It is awesome having mobility and feeling "light" on your feet....I know that for me it has been such a wonderful change.....and I don't have all the pain in my feet, legs, or joints anymore! Plus having energy and can do anything.

As predicted, I had to sleep in my office last night because my head would not fit through the door. Thank you so much your words are very kind. I am guilty of measuring my success by others' weight loss and comparing myself and the rate at which I am losing to others. It is only when I do the picture comparisons that I realize that it doesn't matter how long it takes, I am improving my health, therefore I am a success!!
