I lost almost 4 lbs over the last 36 hours. I've been averaging 1-3 lbs a week after 4 months, so where this came from I don't know. I haven't done ANYTHING different. Has anyone else done this?

This is normal.  What you should see is some weight loss for a period of time and then a stall when your body catches up and redistributes your weight usually resulting in lost inches in places.  Then once things kick in you can have the drop as you experienced and then your weight loss will slow down again and stall again and so on.

By the way, most people on here will tell you to help break a stall increase fluids and protein and it should help break things up a bit.

I was happy with my stall LOL I had just decided to slow down on my weight loss to let my skin catch up. This morning I woke up and was another lb down. Champagne problem I know but ugh

Hmmm.  So the problem is that you are loosing weight every time you wake up?  What a problem to have.  There is only one solution ... you can never go to sleep again .... lol.
