What scar creams help reduce post op scars?

I'm 18 months out and still have ALL my little scars. I think it will just take time for them to fade but MEderma and Scar Away are supposed to be good.

I've been using dermalmd scar serum for 6 weeks to help with surgical scars from a recent procedure and it works! You can barely see some of the scaring.

Dermalmd scar serum seems to be helping my surgery scars heal faster. I had surgery on my thumb and the scar is much less noticeable than before. It has also reduced my acne scarring. Really happy with it.
